2019 Spring CIO Workshop

This is a challenging time for the mortgage industry. Margins are compressed, costs have increased, and productivity has been trending down for many years. The effective deployment and management of technology is essential for survival in the marketplace and a potential source of competitive differentiation.

The STRATMOR CIO Workshop will be a highly interactive day and a half with technology executives facilitated by STRATMOR experts. The agenda will be focused on how lenders can derive the maximum benefits from technology: mining the value from currently implemented systems, selecting new applications, implementing new capabilities effectively, and managing the technology portfolio to support the corporate vision. The agenda will be focused on the following topics among others:

This will be a “one of a kind” workshop with mortgage banking technology executives with the goal of providing specific, actionable ideas to improve efficiency through the effective application and management of technology. STRATMOR will share insights from years of experience in working with clients in operations and technology and developing best practices. Participants will also benefit from the highly interactive discussions with peers exploring what works and what doesn’t in these areas.

We encourage executives to register soon, as attendance will be limited to ensure optimal group dynamics.

Plan on arriving on Monday night for an optional dinner at 6pm. Meeting starts 8am Tuesday, and ends Wednesday at noon.
