Q: I was due to attend COMPLY2020 in May. What do I need to do to ensure my registration is valid for the rescheduled conference on May 4-5, 2021?

A: All registrations for COMPLY2020 will automatically be transferred to COMPLY2021 — you don’t need to do anything. We've emailed all registrants and we will continue to be in touch.

Q: What if I want to transfer my registration to a colleague?

A: No problem. You can log into the site here and transfer your registration to another individual in your organization up until April 12, 2021.

Q: When are the new event dates and locations?

A: COMPLY2021 will take place on May 4-5, 2021 in NYC at the same venue Tribeca360.

Q: I had a hotel reservation through the COMPLY Hotel Block at the Arlo Soho and /or Sheraton Tribeca - am I able to cancel or am I eligible for a refund now that the event has been rescheduled?

A: Update as of (3/24): We’ve worked with both the Arlo Soho and Sheraton Tribeca to release all of the rooms in the COMPLY room blocks. They have confirmed that they have done so and all reservations have been canceled. To be certain your reservation has been canceled, please double-check with the hotel at the number below:
