Operations Workshop

This is a challenging time for the mortgage industry. Margins are compressed, costs have increased, and productivity has been trending down for many years. Operations executives continue to look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs while supporting the strategy of the enterprise. While industry veterans know that there is no “silver bullet” we are seeing lenders focus on meaningful and sustainable operational efficiency with fresh vigor.

The STRATMOR Operations Workshop is designed to give lenders specific, actionable ideas to improve operational efficiency. The Workshop will be a highly interactive day and a half, featuring practical discussions with like-minded peers, facilitated by STRATMOR experts. The agenda will be focused on improving operational efficiency and addressing people, process and technology issues.
