The goal of the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) online prep course is to help candidates prepare for the six-hour written and oral exams. The weekly webinar for each lesson is designed to provide an interactive discussion of the material presented within each lesson, focusing on the areas the candidates are least familiar. Familiarity within each of the 6 topic areas will be identified through a review of the candidate's strength/weakness questionnaire and an interview with the CCMS mentor. Students will complete the lesson assignments (short answer essays) ahead of each webinar and the essays will be discussed and reviewed during call. Tips and hints on the proper way to answer the exam essays will be provided throughout the course. Lessons that will be covered are as follows:
Who Should Attend:
Enrolled and qualified CCMS Candidates only who have earned 150 points and are qualified to sit for the CCMS written exam.
