In this course, we’ll review what questions to ask of applicant(s) to complete new Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA), effective March 1, 2021; in order to expedite the overall loan processing of the file to underwriting. We’ll explain why each piece of data is important and provide best practices for reviewing the application for discrepancies or potential eligibility issues with supporting documentation. This includes COVID-19 guidelines.
