Focus on Assets
Join PRMG University and Essent during this seesion. We will look at eligible sources for funds to close and reserves (if applicable) as well as the requirements for asset documentation. The course is designed for the participant to gain an understanding of eligible and ineligible sources of funds, interested party contributions (IPC's), large deposits, business assets, reserves, and acceptable documentation for assets.
