Understanding Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMs)
This course reviews the characteristics and components of ARMs. We will review the common features and adjustment periods of ARMs and the current indexs used in today’s market. A course exercise will test the participants' understanding of FIAR, adjustments and calculating the qualifying rate to determine the borrower’s DTI.
