Marianne is a former member of the Fannie Mae National Advisory Council, a past president of both the Columbus and Ohio Mortgage Bankers Associations, and a former member of the national MBA’s Board of Directors and Board of Governors. Marianne is a winner of the MBA’s Burton C. Wood Legislative Service Award; a 2-time winner of the MBA’s Schmacher-Buldoc Award; and was the first recipient of the MBA’s State Leadership Award, which was renamed in her honor in 2019. In the 2013 centennial edition, Mortgage Banking Magazine named her one of “20 Leading Industry Women”.
